Rapid Fire is a fast-paced drill format where you practice responding to objections, questions, or prompts one after another. The goal is to build speed and confidence so you’re ready when these come up in real conversations.

How it works

1

You get a prompt

Usually an objection or tough question — like “We’re happy with our current vendor.”
2

You respond

Give your best answer, just like you would on a live call.
3

You get feedback

Replay evaluates your response immediately, shows the score for each answer, and includes AI-generated explanations for what worked or what to improve.
4

Next prompt

The next one appears and you keep going. High reps, fast pace.
Rapid Fire isn’t a long conversation — it’s targeted repetition. You’re drilling on specific responses until they feel natural.

When to use it

Objection handling

Practice responding to “it’s too expensive,” “we’re happy with our current vendor,” and other common pushbacks

Product knowledge

Test how quickly you can recall key facts and positioning

Discovery questions

Drill on asking the right follow-up questions

Pitch practice

Refine your elevator pitch or value prop delivery

Tips

  • Repeat sessions. The value of Rapid Fire comes from repetition. Run through the same drill multiple times until your responses are automatic.
  • Pair with a lesson. If scores are low, go back and review the relevant lesson or reference material, then try again.
  • Use it before big meetings. A quick Rapid Fire session on common objections is a great warm-up before a customer call.
  • Review the coach summary. Results include an overall explanation of the session plus per-answer details, so you can see which responses need another rep.

Roleplays
