What you can do

  • Browse and search for existing content by name, type, or tag
  • Create new content directly from the Library
  • Organize with tags to keep things findable as your content grows
  • Reuse content across multiple assignments and playlists
Tag consistently. Decide on a tagging convention early — by topic, by team, or by skill — and stick with it. It makes the Library much more useful as your program grows.

Tips

  • Build once, assign many times. A well-built roleplay or lesson can be assigned to multiple teams and included in multiple playlists.
  • Review periodically. As your product or process changes, update your Library content so reps are always practicing with current material.
