Replay has two settings areas depending on what you need to manage:

Company Settings

Organization-wide configuration — branding, default settings, company-level controls, and user management across all teams.

Team Settings

Day-to-day team management — assigning activities, reviewing progress, and organizing team members.

Company Settings

This is where you configure things that apply across your entire Replay account.
  • Manage all users and teams
  • Set company-wide defaults and preferences
  • Control access and permissions
  • Configure integrations and connected services
Only admins can access Company Settings.

Team Settings

Team Settings is where day-to-day management happens.
  • Assign activities and playlists to your team
  • Review completion and performance for your team members
  • Organize users within your team
  • Track who needs follow-up or additional practice
Managers see Team Settings scoped to the teams they manage.
