What a lesson looks like
A lesson is a piece of content — text, video, or a combination — that you read or watch and then mark as complete. Think of it as the “learn” step before the “practice” step. When to use lessons
Lessons work best when your team needs to understand something before practicing it:Product knowledge
Teach reps about a new feature before they roleplay selling it
Process training
Walk through your discovery call framework before a practice session
Onboarding
Introduce new hires to your methodology, terminology, or tools
Reinforcement
Share a refresher between coaching sessions
Creating a lesson
Tips
- Keep lessons focused. One topic per lesson is easier to complete and easier to reference later.
- Use playlists to put a lesson before a roleplay — so reps learn first, then practice.
- Reuse across teams. A good lesson can be assigned to multiple teams without recreating it.
