Mirroring lets you review a recorded conversation with guided teaching moments. Watch a playback of a real or practice conversation, pause at key moments marked by your coach or manager, and get AI-generated feedback on your performance.

How it works

1

Record or upload a conversation

Record yourself in a practice scenario, or upload an existing recording.
2

System transcribes and segments

Replay transcribes the audio and breaks it into dialogue snippets.
3

Review with breakpoints

Play back the recording. At marked breakpoints, playback pauses so you can reflect on what happened and review AI feedback.
4

Get scored

Each breakpoint includes AI-generated feedback scored on a 0–100 scale, so you can see exactly where you did well and where to improve.

Key concepts

Breakpoints

Stop points in the recording where playback pauses for reflection and feedback

Jumppoints

Navigation markers that let you quickly jump to specific moments in the recording

When to use it

  • Post-call review — Record a real customer call and review it with your manager’s annotations
  • Self-directed practice — Record yourself handling a scenario, then review your own performance
  • Coaching sessions — Managers mark key moments for reps to learn from

Tips

  • Focus on breakpoints. The real learning happens at the pause points — take time to reflect before moving on.
  • Submit feedback. If you disagree with the AI’s assessment, submit your own take. The system tracks disagreements to improve over time.
  • Pair with roleplays. Use mirroring to review past performance, then practice the same scenario in a roleplay to apply what you learned.
