User

Manager
- Everything a User can do for their own coach
- Can use coach suggestions to jump into recommended practice activities
Admin
- Everything a Manager can do for their own coach
- Can use coach guidance alongside broader coaching and analytics workflows
How users get to it
- In the coach area, select the coach avatar button in the header
- If you have not finished setup yet, Replay sends you to coach onboarding first
- After onboarding, the same entry point opens your Personalized Coach chat
What onboarding includes
Replay walks each user through a short setup flow before they start chatting:- Watch the intro video
- Create or update the coach persona
- Set up communication permissions for email or text
- Finish setup and open the first coach conversation
What users can do in coach chat
- Keep separate conversation threads for different topics
- Start a new thread when you want a fresh conversation
- Open coach settings from the chat header
- Get roleplay and practice suggestions that link directly to the matching activity
