Welcome to Replay! This guide walks you through how to find your assigned training and complete it.

Find your training

All your training content lives in the Library. Open the sidebar and click Library to see everything assigned to you — roleplays, lessons, scripts, and more.
If your training is organized into a Playlist, it will guide you through items in order — learn the material first, then practice with a roleplay.

Understand the workflow

Most training in Replay follows a learn-then-practice pattern:

Learn the material

Complete any Lessons or Script Memorization activities first. These teach you the key concepts, talk tracks, or product knowledge you’ll need.

Practice with a roleplay

Once you’ve studied the material, do the Roleplay. You’ll have a realistic conversation with an AI customer — by voice or text. Every run can be different, so it feels like a real call.

Get your results

After the roleplay, Replay scores your performance based on the criteria your team set up. Review your feedback to see what went well and where to improve.

Before you start a roleplay

  • Check your mic: Go to Settings (gear icon) and select Test Audio/Video to make sure your microphone is working.
  • Use Chrome: Replay works best in Google Chrome. Make sure you’ve allowed microphone access (click the lock icon in the address bar).
  • Close other apps: If Zoom, Teams, or Meet are open, they may block your microphone. Close them before starting.

View your history

You control the pace

There’s no time limit for completing your training. You can take as long as you need, and you can run the same roleplay multiple times to improve your score.
Your manager can see your session history and analytics, but you control when you do the work.

Common questions

Open the Library from the sidebar. All activities assigned to you are listed there. Use search if you’re looking for something specific.
Yes. You practice independently with the AI customer. Every conversation is private — only your scores and session history are visible to your manager.
Yes. You can run the same roleplay as many times as you want to improve your score.
