The Zoom (Admin) integration requires admin-level Zoom permissions. This allows Replay to access recordings from all users in your Zoom organization.

Using the Zoom Integration

Once connected, your Zoom call recordings will automatically sync to Replay. Here’s how to get the most out of the integration:

Automatic Recording Sync

  • Completed Zoom calls are automatically sent to Replay
  • Recordings appear in your Replay dashboard shortly after the call ends
  • No manual upload required

AI-Powered Call Scoring

  1. Set up scorecards: Create custom scorecards in Replay that define the criteria for evaluating calls (e.g., discovery questions asked, objection handling, closing techniques)
  2. Automatic scoring: Once recordings sync, Replay’s AI analyzes each call against your scorecard criteria
  3. Review results: View detailed scoring breakdowns, highlights, and coaching recommendations for each call

Team Performance Tracking

  • Monitor individual and team performance trends over time
  • Identify coaching opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Celebrate wins and track progress toward goals
