Saving your filters

If you find yourself building the same analytics view every time, save it so it’s ready when you come back.

Set up your filters

Choose the date range, teams, users, activities, scorecards, tags, or any other filters you want.

Save as default

Click Save as Default at the top of the analytics page.

Come back anytime

The next time you open Analytics, your saved filters are already applied.
To manage or remove saved filters, go to your Profile page. You can remove individual filters or clear them all at once.

Tips for getting the most out of Analytics

  • Start with a date range to keep results focused. Looking at “all time” can make trends harder to read.
  • Use tags to compare performance across specific skills or topics, not just activities.
  • Check analytics before coaching sessions so you come prepared with specific data points.
