How to Resend Results
Open the actions menu
On the analysis page, click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the activity title.
Click Resend Results to LMS
Select Resend Results to LMS from the dropdown. You’ll see a confirmation message once the results are sent.
The Resend Results to LMS option only appears in the three-dot menu when you’re accessing Replay through an LMS (via SCORM or iframe embed). If you don’t see it, make sure you launched the roleplay from within your LMS.
Why This Happens
Score submission can occasionally fail due to:- Network interruptions between Replay and your LMS
- LMS session timeouts if the roleplay took longer than expected
- Browser pop-up blockers interfering with the communication between Replay and the LMS
- SCORM API availability issues on the LMS side
Still Not Working?
If resending doesn’t resolve the issue, contact support at hello@replay.sale with:- The name of your LMS (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.)
- The roleplay or activity name
- When the issue occurred
